Old Town to the Distillery District

Start among Berczy Park’s playful sculptures, pass the Flatiron and St. Lawrence Market, then finish in the Distillery District.

    Begin by the fountain in Berczy Park. Take a gentle circuit of the park before heading toward the pointed end of the Gooderham Building.

  2. Gooderham Building

    Pause on the public sidewalk for a view of the Flatiron building. Continue east along Front Street toward the market, using marked crossings.

  3. St. Lawrence Market South

    Stop outside the South Market building. A food or shopping break is optional and depends on the market’s current hours.

  4. Distillery District

    Continue east to the Distillery District via public sidewalks. Wander the lanes on foot where access is open; check event arrangements before entering.

An easy run along the harbour

Warm up outside Harbourfront Centre, follow the pedestrian waterfront toward the Music Garden, and finish with a quiet pause at Ireland Park.

    Meet outside on the public waterfront near Harbourfront Centre. Warm up clear of venue entrances, then head west using pedestrian paths and Queens Quay connections.

  2. Toronto Music Garden

    Slow to a walk at the Music Garden. Enjoy the planting and waterfront before continuing west along public pedestrian connections.

  3. Ireland Park

    Finish at the Ireland Park memorial on the quay. Walk among the sculptures, then cool down or return along the harbour.

Sunnyside to the Humber

A short waterfront ride from Sunnyside Bathing Pavilion to the Humber Bay Arch Bridge, with a return along the same trail.

    Meet outside the pavilion and join the signed cycling trail. Ride west alongside the lake, keeping clear of pedestrian-only areas.

    Reach the arch bridge at the mouth of the Humber. Cross considerately, pause clear of the path, then return toward Sunnyside when ready.
