Before you head out

A few good questions.

Are the full city tours available yet?

Not yet. Montreal, Toronto and Quebec City are previews of guides in development. We’re starting with Montreal. Detailed stops, routes, distances and practical access information will be added after research and review.

Do I need to do all three days?

No. The format is flexible: Day 1 Walking, Day 2 Running and Day 3 Biking. Try one activity or make room for all three. The days are suggestions for your trip, so choose what works for you.

Can I explore at my own pace?

Absolutely. Pause for a view, take a break or choose just one day. The future guides will include route details to help you decide what suits you. For now, these previews are inspiration rather than directions.

What does Fitopoly add to my trip?

Fitopoly lets you capture map territory and earn XP while you walk, run or bike. It adds friendly rivalry to getting outside, and you can enjoy exploring solo, too. The guides won’t be required to use the app.

Do I need an account to read the guides?

No account, app download or location permission is needed to read this page. To capture territory, download the mobile app and complete its setup. This page doesn’t start an activity or import a route into your account.
